The Glades

Nestled within the wooded Pinelands of Mays Landing, New Jersey, The Glades clubhouse features a spacious clubroom, complete with a kitchenette, fireplace, and communications lounge, a leasing office, a game room, a fitness center, a dog wash, and outdoor showers, conveniently located alongside the community pool. 

The newly constructed 4,990 sf clubhouse serves townhome and apartment residents of both The Glades at Hamilton Greene and the neighboring Hamilton Greene Apartments complex. As such, the Interior Design required the careful consideration of both residences, while paying homage to the natural surrounds of The Glades location, and providing the luxury, comforts, and amenities expected of clubhouse interiors today. 

The fresh, classic aesthetic is at once upscale and welcoming, while the neutral color palette, layered textures, and modern abstract art adds warmth, personality, and sophistication to the communal space.
